Job Description


This key role will provide comprehensive PA and project/administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the wider Operations team within Executive Education at London Business School. 



-       Professional PA support to the COO, Executive Education;

-       The smooth running of the Operations team (approx. 25 people)

-       Support individual teams within Operations in their day to day activities;

-       Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.



You will have extensive PA and administrative experience and be committed to a career in this field. This experience will allow you to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running and success of the Operations team. 

With a ‘can do’ attitude you will be task focused, have excellent organisation skills and very good attention to detail.  You will be a problem solver, able to work under your own initiative. 

Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport and good relations with a wide range of stakeholders.  You will also be confident in using a range of systems including the Microsoft suite.
