Job Description

We at Al Tayer are looking for a Payroll Accountant to organize all payroll related input and process pay and benefits accruing to employees of allocated units within the Group.


The role would involve processing the monthly payroll for companies, manage and administer leave of employees, calculating severance pay, reimbursements, incentives, etc and assisting internal and external auditors along with prepartion of required reports.


As a Payroll Accountant you would be a graduate preferably in commerce with atleast 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of payroll having worked for a mid to large size organisation having processed payroll for at least 1000 employees and more.

You would be an assertive, self driven, confident individual with  a high numerical ability, excellent organisation and MS Excel skills with an eye for detail. Having good analytical skills you would also have excellent commuincation skills having dealt with employees. Payroll experience is important.
