  • Organising and maintaining MD’s diary and email account, as well as scheduling appointments for MD
  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
  • Coordinating and scheduling all local and overseas business and family vacation travel arrangements for MD and occasionally, accommodation
  • Coordinate conferences and meetings
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
  • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
  • Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars
  • Make copies of correspondence and other printed material
  • Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors
  • Maintaining all personal and professional files, ensuring that a comprehensive filing system is in place
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings, reports and presentations on various matters
  • Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work of clerical staff
  • Managing MD’s children’s academic and social activities/schedules in Nigeria and abroad
  • Order and dispense supplies
  • Maintaining confidentiality, recording and filing system for MD’s office
  • Operate office equipment and other electronic gadgets
  • Manage all MD’s persona matters and supervise junior staff




  • Must possess excellent communication and persuasive skills
  • Minimum of HND or its equivalent in any discipline
  • Must possess an amiable personality and people management skills
  • Must be a self starter, result oriented and highly motivated
  • 1 - 2 years experience is an added advantage
  • Must be able to work with minimal Supervision
  • Must be confident
