Management of GM's diary and appointments
Manage phone calls for GM’s office, note down specific information, transfer calls and directing them to GM as required.
Schedule GM appointments with clients/customers (internal and external)
Help GM manage output, workflow and office deadlines.
Take minutes for all meetings where applicable.
Draft, type and dispatch all the GM’s correspondence.
Coordinate receipt of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports from all GM’s direct reports.
Tabulate and retrieve GM’s official expenditure and claims.
Maintain a comprehensive filing system.
Liaise with relevant individuals, clients or stakeholder et al, to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes.
