Job Description

  • Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters,
  • Planning, organising and managing events,
  • Liaising with staff, clients, etc.,
  • Preparing correspondence and preparing papers for meetings,
  • Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment,
  • Reading, monitoring and responding to emails,
  • Managing  electronic diary and projects,


  • To maintain and provide a support service of Facilities daily, 
  • Schedule and forward planning of workload, co-ordinating and collating all relevant paperwork. 
  • Managing and reviewing filing and office systems,


  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • Minimum of HND certificate.
  • Strong analytical skills and good interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to deliver excellent results both working independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication, presentation, and reporting skills;
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
