Job Description

 This critical role will serve as a primary interface between our firm and PEZA, providing oversight of the tactical asset inventory / tracking processes and databases, working closely with the LOB's and various support functions such as technology, corporate real estate and procurement. This position will report to the Philippine Senior Country Operations Officer. 


  • Responsible in the oversight of all JPMC&CO site and Fixed Asset Management Team
  • Responsible in developing and implementing Fixed Asset Management procedures/guidelines with the main objective of ensuring compliance with PEZA, BOC and any other regulatory related requirement
  • Responsible in interacting with Philippine Economic Zone Authority in matters relative to Fixed Asset Management with the assurance of having a good working relationship while maintaning independence and corporate integrity
  • Responsible in ensuring that the company is compliant per PEZA and BOC guidelines in matters relative to fixed asset management and any other regulatory body that may be related to the transactions with PEZA and BOC
  • Responsible in providing fixed asset date to Compliance and LEC for the completion of their respective reporting requirement with PEZA, BOC, and BIR
  • Responsible in educating Lines of Businesses, Departments on the importance of PEZa process adherence in matters relative to fixed asset management
  • Responsible in partnering with various Departments, Suppliers and Vendors to reinforce PEZA and JPMC policies
  • Responsible in reconciling Fixed asset management database with Oracle Fixed Asset Register
  • Responsible in ensuring that corresponding PEZA and BOC documents in behalf of JPMC (i.e., different LOB's/Departments) have been duly/properly filed and ensuring that documentation are compliant per PEZA and BOC guidelines and completing further conditions/requirements in relation thereto
  • Responsible in renewing all PEZA and BOC related accreditations, registrations and authorities such as but not limited to the following:

- Annual renewal Letter of Authorization (LOA) to transfer equipment for various locations
- Annual renewal of any authorization required for the company's authorized representative
- Annual renewal of ICARE or participation in the renewal of ICARE for any PFAM related requirement
- Annual renewal of Customs Client Number (CCN) or participtation thereto for any PFAM related requirement

  • Responsible in generating reports based on the information coming from the JPMorgan Fixed Asset Management Database (JFAMS) such as but not limited to the following:

- Monthly equipment addition with PEZA, financial, general and user defined field information
- Monthly equipment replacement with historical and changes information
- Monthly equipment movement with historical and changes information

  • Responsible in establishing, monitoring, and control of equipment lifecycle transactions, such as but not limited to the following:

- PEZA forms 8105; 8106; 8112; Boat Note; Import Permits; Letter of Authority; PEZA export tally sheet
- BOC forms CEWE; Boat Note; Import Entry Revenue Declaration (IERD); PO; commerical invoice; Air Way Bill; Bill of Lading

  • Responsible in managing the following transactions:

- Laptop pooling process
- Gatepass processing
- Laptop Accountability form filing
- SSI and Expense report filing
- Offboarding and clearance management
- EURC approvals for technology equipment movement
- CRE Assistance Form approval for facility management
- ARIBA purchase approvals for laptop

  • Responsible in contingent employee management, vendor management, and/or service providers management


  • Bachelor's degree
  • With good MIS skill
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Good command of the English language
  • At least 2 - 3 years Management experience
  • Project Management experience preferable
  • Knowledgeable in the Philippine Economic Zone Authority policies and procedures
  • Experience in establishing policies and operating procedures for application across multiple groups
  • Inventory Management a plus
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Strong PC Skills, MS Word, Excel, Power point
  • Ability to identify risk issues and resources for solutions
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

IJP Eligibility Criteria 

At least 12 months in current job and process 
Latest Performance Management Central (PMC) rating of Meets Expectations. Basis will be both at the point of application and transfer. 
Not within the prescriptive period for attendance and/or behavioural- related corrective action (written warning and above). 
Not in any Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) at the time of application and prior movement to the role
