Minimum of two 2 years experience in physician recruitment / site visit coordination Demonstrated typing proficiency of at least 35 words-per-minute with accuracy Experience with PC Based computers and software required: including word processing and Microsoft Office suite, Access, Outlook, Word, and Excel Software. Must have strong written and oral communication skills as well as exceptional interpersonal skills. Strongly persuasive to candidates and internal customers. Adaptable and flexible approach to achieving results. Self-starter able to create solutions outside of normal working requirements. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action Strong analytical and project management skills Ability to speak and write in English is required Solid communication and management skills required.
