  •  As a Planning Engineer in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Good Communication skills in written and oral.

  • Understands scheduling for construction and installation works/dependencies.

  • For the graduate trainee(s) and the adminstrative staff they will be allocated to a team manager who then allocate adminstrative tasks to them on day to day activities.etc

Responsibilities

Responsibility:

Responsible for project planning and reporting services.

 Responsible for communicating schedule issues that impacts project delivery.

Responsible for maintaining and updating Master Project Plan.

Analyse project requirements and update project master schedule

Monitor and report progress against schedule.

Prepare logic diagrams for detailed schedule reporting.

  • In conclusion, the planning engineer is also, saddled with the following responsibilities:
  • Analyse schedule deviations and determine impact to project delivery
  • Prepare manpower loading and work breakdown structure,
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis and propose corrective actions where required, Prepare and maintain relevant progress curves, Ensure compliance with project cost control procedures, Contribute to training and development of staff attached to him under our reputable organization.

Requirements

Experience and qualification:

  • Must possess minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc.
  • Experienced as a Planning Engineer in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Good Communication skills in written and oral.
