•Upgrade potential customers to High Value SB based on the customer segmentation model in use
•Refer to product specialists to sell more complex products based on identified needs
•Build on existing relationships to grow/ develop the customer portfolio
•Anticipate future basic customer product needs using analysis of current product state and customer feedback
•Identify opportunities for transaction processing improvements eg on opening Savings account, Current account or Fixed Deposit Account , Smart Banking Product for SME customers
•Ensure the best in class in terms of quality of customer experience, sales, TAT and productivity standards.
•Achieve the Targets set in terms of product mix and customer segment.
•Work closely with Sales team to assist in joint promotions for new acquisition of customers across segments. Participate in Sales calls & support acquisition of large prospective customers.
•Participate in sales incentive programs and sales contests.
•Derive insights to Competitor Sales activities and effectively counter the efforts.
•Continuously provide feedback to the Branch sales team of the acceptance of the products in the market and suggest changes that could provide impetus to the sales efforts.
•Conduct product training to Branch staff during new product/initiative launches
•Ensure that complete CDD and AML process is applied when selling , and opening the accounts,
•Advanced School certificate/ Business /Banking Diploma with 5 years banking experience/Graduate
•1 - 3 years Banking experience, in direct customer management role(s)
•Knowledge and experience in selling a wide range of products.
•Good understanding/experience in Branch operations and Bank systems (eBBS)
•Well developed customer relationship skills and good understanding of customer requirements
