Job Description

Manage Personal Banking portfolio for the UAE. 


1. Portfolio Tagging & RM Allocation:
•Assign active Assistant RM/Virtual RM to newly sourced customers on a monthly basis.
•Send eDMs to customers informing them about their new RM.
•Remapping of PFB base for staff who have resigned by retagging them to active ARM codes as appropriate
•Retagging of CM4 masters to active PFCs.
•Monitor and keep track of the top withdrawal for PsB & PfB on a daily basis.

2. Upgrade/Downgrade Exercise:
•Handle the Upgrade/Downgrade request for PSB & PFB.
•Maintain a tracker to track all the received downgrade/upgrade request to reconcile with the monthly segment transfer report.
•Work closely with OPS to get it done on a proposed timeline.

3. Operational Risks:
•Manage the missing mandates clean up exercise.
•Handle the non Individual accounts that are tagged to retail segment. 


Undergraduate degree with specialization in Business Administration & Management
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Understanding of retail banking environment
UAE National preferred.
