Successful candidates would typically have one or more of these qualifications:
* 3-5 years of related experience.
* BA/BS degree.
* Communication Skills:
o Strong communication skills expected in this role: Technical Writing skills, Presentation/Training skills
* Customer Service Skills:
o Responsiveness to customers: Deals effectively with customers amid highly sensitive situations, responsible for ongoing customer communication and satisfaction.
o Demonstrated aptitude for providing exceptional customer service in politically charged environments
o Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as part of regional team of engineers
* Technical Abilities:
o Accountable for root cause analysis, prevention and knowledge transfer, identifies routine bugs. o Possesses deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty.
