Job Description

The Process Safety Technology Leader (Manager) within our Supply Chain Function will be responsible for deploying the global process safety management improvement programme in a defined geographic region in co-ordination with the Group Process Safety Manager 


  • Actively contribute to the Global Process Safety Network, lead by the Group Process Safety Manager, and related Communities of Practice in order to deploy an effective and efficient improvement programme in a given geographic region
  • Participate in process safety incident investigations where needed to ensure good quality reporting and sharing of learning
  • Deliver and / or facilitate specific process safety management training on site to raise capability, manage a programme of ‘Deep Dive' technical visits per year to hazardous sites and support the resulting site actions plans in order to raise process safety performance and reduce corporate risk of a major incident



  • University degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of Process Safety
  • Influencing skills and international business/cultural sensitivity
  • Good training skills
  • Good observation and auditing skills
  • Strong engineering background with significant achievements in safety, health & environment
  • Proven track record of analytical thinking and project management
  • Ability to support development of others and deliver more formal training material
