An accomplished procurement professional is sought to be responsible for the overall company requirements of all procurement and contracts. They will establish and maintain long-term working relationships and partnerships between BIDC and consultants/contractors/suppliers and vendors.
Managing a core team of 3, the role reports to a member of the EMC and is required to operate both strategically and tactically to ensure the smooth running of this key BIDC department.
A minimum of 10 years core procurement experience and possess at least an MCIPS accreditation

Organization and planning.
Being energetic and able to handle stress.
Being confident, professional and flexible.
Excellent business English although Arabic is desirable.
