The qualified person should be a graduate of Biochemistry / Production Engineering, Chemistry / Microbiology or any other related degree with relevant professional certification.
A higher degree in production management and or an MBA will be an added advantage.
At least 15 Years working experience in a managerial function in a Brewery / Distilleries with good knowledge of production distillation and good human management skills.
