To observe, record, identify and propose opportunities for productivity improvement in client processes, and to then carry this through by designing and implementing new processes.
Assess clients' existing procedures, work habits and current levels of effectiveness in depth.
Establish what level of achievement can be expected of the workforce.
Suggest appropriate staffing/inventory levels to meet demand.
Maximise the potential of existing resources.
Design and install controls to facilitate increased output.
To be successful in the role candidates will generally:
Have previous work experience in an analytical, project or supervisory role
Have had at least one appointment in a customer-negotiating environment
Be able to demonstrate some knowledge and understanding of the NHS
Have experience of communicating with all levels within an organisation
Be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
Be able to demonstrate a logical and analytical approach to problem solving
Be able to demonstrate how results have been achieved both as part of a team and working alone
Understand the need to work to tight timescales adhering to tried and tested processes
Be highly numerate with advanced Excel skills
Have a driving licence.
