Job Responsibilities:

Provide high level of administrative/ Secretarial support to the rector.

Acting on behalf of the rector in routine delegated matters.

Drafting/progressing/chasing/collating reports/papers/documentats reuested by/on behalf of the rector.

Dealing with initial telephone and email matters.

Organising and maintaining and archiving filling systems, paper-based and electronic.

Undertaking initial reading of papers and literature sent to the rector and making verbal and written precis for information.

Researching for information inside and outside the institute.
