As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be responsible for developing, selling and implementing our online self-service solution and providing an excellent level of customer support.
Liaising with customers, you'll build strong and long-lasting relationships in order to effectively promote our client's products. Analysing customer data, you'll also provide information and training for products and oversee new product implementations.
Additionally, you'll attend sales meetings and provide customer feedback to the Development Manager in order to maximise customer satisfaction and implement any improvements.
- At least two years' experience gained in a similar customer-facing or client-facing role, such as client services, customer services, account management or project management
- Familiarity with web technologies, such as HTML and SaaS
As a Professional Services Consultant, you must possess excellent presentation, communication and organisation skills and an analytical approach. Self-motivated and web savvy, you must also have a strong customer focus and superb problem solving abilities.
