Job Description

This is an exciting and busy role within the Programme Office of London Business School’s flagship degree programme with a specific focus on delivering a world-class experience for our high calibre MBA students in relation to programme administration. The position will therefore allow the successful candidate to play an integral role in enhancing the London Business School student experience through a streamlined, customer-focused service.



The successful candidate will have an interest and understanding of higher education, with a passion to develop their career within the environment of a world-class business school.

Previous experience in university programme administration, events coordination, student services or high calibre customer services would be ideal platforms from which the candidate progresses; allowing them to quickly transfer their developed communication, relationship building, and attention to detail skills to provide an exceptional customer service to MBA students.
