Responsible for managing the day to day delivery of the EMBA-Global programmes including the EMBA-Global Americas and Europe, and EMBA-Global Asia streams.
The key focus of this position is the delivery of a world-class experience for our EMBA-Global students, in addition to developing effective working relationships with faculty and colleagues within the wider Degree Programmes Office to contribute to an overall seamless programme experience to all students.
Due to the nature of our programmes, the role also requires regular out of hours working which is managed across the team on a rota basis.
The successful candidate will have an interest and understanding of higher education, with a passion to develop their career within the environment of a world-class business school. Previous experience in university programme management, events management, student services or high calibre customer services would be ideal platforms from which the candidate progresses; allowing them to quickly transfer their developed communication, relationship building, and project management skills to provide an exceptional customer service to our EMBA-Global students.
