- Assist in day to day office administration.
- Handling correspondence, photocopying, binding and other paperwork.
- Assist with keeping travel schedules and hotel reservations.
- Assist in the preparation of requests for internal purchases and purchases order of office stationery and vehicle parts.
- Taking minutes at of meetings.
- Handle confidential matters.

- Assist in updating assets list.
- Any other duties, properly assigned, as may be occasioned by the exigencies of the service
- Location Abuja, Oyo
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years’ experience in general administration.
