Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing and updating resource loaded schedules and for cost
control on assigned projects. Scheduling will be performed utilizing relevant soft wares to produce CPM schedules and associated progress reporting, cost reporting, and project analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Project Controller shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

* Schedule all activities associated with assigned projects to produce an integrated
critical path schedule, update as required, and report potential problems/problem areas.

* Resource load schedules and maintain a value system on projects. Analyze and report Project progress and manpower requirements.

* Enter and maintain project budgets/estimates in system.

* Update and evaluate the accuracy of the project forecast by assessing actual cost
incurred and physical progress achieved for all phases of project.

* Assists project manager in presentations/reports to the customer/company

* Consolidate data in the schedule and in project cost reports for project
manager’s review and approval.

* Prepare and update, on a regular basis, project cash flow forecasts.

* Support Project Manager in contingency and change order management.

Education and Experience Required:

* HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Administration or Construction Management

* Preferred or equivalent combination of education or experience.

* Minimum 3-5 years experience in CPM scheduling with additional cost estimating/ accounting experience preferred.

Skills Required:

* Intermediate to expert skills with relevant software and MS office software.

* Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks/projects.

* Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors,
colleagues, and individuals both inside and outside the organization.

* Ability to work well as an integral part of a large Project Team that includes all
Engineering disciplines.

* Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
