Job Description

The role is to provide support services to the APME CAMSERV Project Managers with the potential of developing within Project Management department.

• Responsible for booking of all new APME Aftermarket projects into SAP.
• Helping in the execution of the project.
• Coordinating between all the various departments which are at work in a project.
• Ensure the regular update of project forecast information and responsibility for updating revenue milestone information within the project structure.
• The coordinator is responsible for the assignment and monitoring of the stage gate tasks, deliverables and completion of conditional approval items.
• Assist Project Managers in the issuing of regular reports on project status internally and externally and facilitate project meeting with clients, vendors and internal attendees.


• Project initiation process creating the WBS and Sales order within SAP.
• Support with the any general SAP related reporting issues.
• Support Project Manager with the initial information gathering process and preparation for Kick Off meetings.
• Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes and presentations.
• Regular updating and reporting of Stage Gate progress.
• Responsible to track project changes and update the schedule as agreed with the project team.
• Carry out regular updates on the Project Risk register as when required.
• Coordinate the MOC process on projects to ensure changes are identified, tracked and approved.
• Support the preparation and issue of data sheets, specifications, schedules and equipment requisitions.
• Ensure that vendor documentation is booked in then reviewed and approved by engineering.
• Responsible for updating and tracking Issues ensuring activities are closed in a timely manner.
• Logging updates to the lessons learnt register to aid continuous improvement between projects.
• To co-ordinate the provision of HS&E related information.


Required: Bachelor's Degree in relevant business discipline.
Preferred: Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time and resources effectively to meet Customer and Cameron deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP together with the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, O & M, and procedure manuals.
• Effective oral and written communication skills together with logical and numerical ability.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

• Engineering background preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Experience of working as part of a project office and/or engineering team.
• ERP system training experience.
• Knowledge of accounting.
Other Factors:

• Willing to travel as required by project demands.
• Clean driving licence
