Job Description

Job Purpose:

· The Project Coordinator will support the project team and project manager in regard to development and maintenance of all types of project documentation such as but not limited to schedules, budgets, status, resources, and miscellaneous project deliverables.

 

 Responsibilities:

· Control project issues and ensure tracking.

· Manage small project budgets.

· Supporting the project team and project manager in regard to development and maintenance of all types of project documentation such as but not limited to schedules, budgets, status, resources, and miscellaneous project deliverables.

· Coordinate dependencies across teams

· Support the project manager with the maintenance of project plans and schedules

· Provide support at project meetings

· Assemble data and prepares complex reports

· Tracks resources related to project activities/tasks

· Interface with Project Manager to identify staffing needs and issues

· Knowledge of project management methodology.

· Manage small projects from initiation to closeout.

· Manage cost, schedule and deliverables.

· Coordinate and work effectively with business partners.
