Job Description


The organization requires the services of a Project Manager who will manage company engineering/building projects from quotation review to customer sign-off, delivering to time, quality and cost targets whilst adhering to the organizations customer process requirements. The candidate is expected to oversee company projects from start to finish through the following key roles:

  • Lead project teams and facilitate communication and interaction amongst the functional representatives, including sub contractors and customers where necessary; and tracking projects against schedules, budgets and milestone objectives.

  • Interface with relevant Government agency to ensure that all projects attain government approval and meet local health and safety standards.

  • Develop and review project plans and specifications and identify possible cost saving measures and potential construction problems.

  • Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.



  • BSC in Civil Engineering with between 8 - 10 years experience in Building, Project Management and supervision with relevant Health and Safety qualification and a working knowledge of Nigerian Construction Law and permit acquisition process.


  • The Candidate should also have excellent project and budget management skills, be proactive, and possess outstanding communication skills to facilitate communication with all project stakeholders. The successful candidate should also be able to communicate fluently in Yoruba.
