Job Description


The primary role of the project manager is to plan and execute software/product implementation projects to time and within budget. He/she is responsible for setting and achieving stakeholder expectations, identifying the required resources and assigning responsibilities to ensure successful delivery and budget management.  The project manager also ensures adherence to the Bentley quality standards (Bentley Solutions Methodology - BSM). 



  • Prepare project scope, schedule and execution plans

  • Assist with proposal preparation in accordance with the Bentley Solution Methodology (BSM) procedure

  • Manage all projects to baseline man-hour estimate and baseline schedule

  • Ensure proper and regular use and maintenance of the Enterprise Project Management & Professional Services Automation tools and data

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

  • Manage stakeholders through effectively communicating project plans, progress, expectations, risks, assumptions and dependencies in a timely and clear fashion throughout the project

  • Identify and manage risks and issues through mitigation and contingency planning

  • Ensure that revenue forecasts are updated

  • Review, manage and approve timesheets, travel requests, and expense reports for project team members 

  • Provide accurate invoice management


  • Minimum of 8-10 years work experience in a project management capacity in a customer facing environment

  • Experience with both fixed price and T&M software/product implementation projects

  • Successful execution of complex, multi-party software/product implementation projects working with systems integrators

  • Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project/Server

  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

  • Ability to work with remote teams and managers

  • Flexible during times of change

  • Ability to work and communicate with stakeholders.

  • Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Arabic speaking, fluent English
