Job Description

Due to increase in workload, Ramboll Dubai is looking to recruit Project Manager for its Project Management department. Interested applicants please send in your CVs.


Typically reports to Head of Department

Reports to project owner in the role as Project Manager of specific projects and project team members report to this role in relation to project – related tasks and issues

Responsible for small, single discipline projects with little complexity typically in a local market

Or assist a more senior project manager as responsible for a part of a large project



The project managers will typically performing tasks within the management and leadership of projects: 

  • Ongoing interaction with customers and stakeholders about project status, progress and expectations to improve customer satisfaction
  • Planning the project (milestones,  activities, timeline and resource allocation)
  • Ensure that Ramboll's quality assurance requirements are met
  • Ensure that the project is delivered in due time and at a quality level that matches the contract
  • Proactive financial management of the project
  • Handle risks and opportunities in all phases of the project
  • Work actively to develop the project team's performance, collaboration and team spirit

  • Is able to perform job tasks in English (written and verbal)
  • Possess good communication skills towards members of project teams, line management, customers and other external stakeholders
  • Works in accordance with Ramboll's project management approach in all project phases and uses project management tools and models

Education & Experience:

  • BSc in Strucutral/ Civil Engineering
  • Preferably a degree in Project Managment
  • Minimum 4 years experience
