Job Description

Prepare a project schedule using Primavera 6.2.1, and where required Microsoft Project.
Arrange and report on schedules at Levels 1, 2 & 3 as per industry standards.
Create a Work breakdown Structure (WBS), which is applicable to the project scope of work, as per standard procedures.
Create and apply durations and weightings to activities within the defined WBS.
Fully apply logical relationships to the schedule activities such that the baseline schedule can be realistically statused and re-forecast throughout the project duration
Apply resource requirements to the schedule as per the project budget, or determine resources based on the scope of work.
Apply weightings to the activities where applicable, so enable an Earned Value Analysis to be performed on project performance.
Prepare periodic reports on the status of the project, and look ahead schedules the next period, using information from the Document Management System, the PMT and the Engineering Disciplines.
Prepare an Earned Value Analysis report on the statused schedule to enable the earned value, productivity, estimate to completion and estimate at completion values to be determined and communicated to the PMT and Engineering Disciplines.
Report on the overall Resource Availability for the Company and External Suppliers based on a maintained schedule of Resources.
Report on the overall Resource Requirement for the Company and External Suppliers based on the projects currently active.
Assess, identify and report on the impacts of potential and actual changes to the project, including resources, costs and durations, for the projects
