Job Description

Develops and maintains project schedules for all stages of the project life-cycle. Ensures accurate reporting of project progress. Facilitates coordination and integration between functions and external stakeholders. 
Reports to the responsible Project Services Manager (PCM). Peers include the Cost Engineer, Contracts Engineer and Discipline Engineers. 
Key Accountabilities 
Ensure all project controls aspects of the project are consistent with project Health, Safety, Security and Environmental requirements 
Coordinates project procedures, including methods and norms for planning and scheduling 
Developing comprehensive, logic linked, project schedules for all stages of the project life cycle 
Continuously monitoring schedules to accurately reflect progress and maintain accurate earned value and resource data for management reporting 
Identifying critical paths and ensuring action plans are developed and implemented to maximise project quality, cost and delivery objectives. 
Monitor and review (within the Terms & Conditions of the contract) the planning and scheduling elements of contractors work scopes throughout the contract life-cycle; recommend corrective action where necessary 
Support the preparation of the project monthly report with updated schedule data 
Provide accurate and timely project schedule reports, verifying schedule performance against plan, and identifying areas of potential delays requiring corrective action 


Unique Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attribute 
Degree qualification is preferred
LNG and FPSO experience preferred
