Job Description

Purpose of the job
To plan and direct promotional policies and programs or produce collateral materials, such as posters, contests and coupons to create extra interest in the purchase of a product or service for the entire organization, or on an account basis.
Job requirement
• Minimum of 4 years strong experience in Telecoms industry
• Experience in promoting telecoms products
• Experience with building brands, developing communications campaigns, promotions, and events would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of customer/market dynamics and requirements
• Willingness to travel and work with a global team of professionals
• Proven ability in brand advertising / promotions
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, which includes customer, needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop contacts for promotional campaigns and industry programs that meet identified buyer targets such as dealers, distributors, or consumers.
• Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns.
• Track program budgets and expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate each campaign based on program objectives and industry norms.
