DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Directs publications program, including scheduling editing, production, and distribution of books, textbooks, and related marketing materials, and development of new materials.
Directs public relations and media relations program, assigning and reviewing news stories and development and implementation of other public relations plans for individuals initiatives and the CVIOG as a whole.
Oversees the organization's website and intranet, including development, organization, design, and maintenance, ensuring that it supports public relations and service goals. Oversees development and maintenance of websites for contract customers.
Supervises staff, including hiring, performance evaluations, development and implementation of work plans, coaching and mentoring. Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Oversee budget and financial/business activities for the division.
Edit and develop special projects such as special intiative reports and presentations.
Oversee development of exhibits and other special materials such as posters.
