Job Description

The Al Tayer Operations support team is a dynamic, multifaceted part of the Retail business. It handles all aspects of store operations at a retail level.

Requirements

You must be detail orientated, proactive and understand the importance of policy and procedure. You must have very good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to communicate with all levels of the business. Must be analytical and be able to assess process efficiency.

You must work well under pressure, adhere to deadlines and be organised.

The ideal candidate must be able to work between stores and be flexible to travel. 50% of the role is spent out of the office.

Experience:

You must have 3-5 years relevant experience in a retail environment.

You must have a good understanding of the retail industry, either from working within the industry or as a support function

You must have experience in audit and process reviews, actively participating in the audit cycle.

Knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma/Lean experience is a advantage

Qualifications:

Degree qualified

Any Quality Assurance certification

Computer literate and excellent knowledge of microsoft excel

Other Information:

Must hold a U.A.E driving licence and a car

Need to be able to travel within the GCC
