Quality control clerks work under the supervision of quality control managers and supervisors and are primarily responsible for maintaining the integrity of customer orders and double checking the accuracy of quality control measures.
It is the duty of a quality control clerk to ensure consistent compliance with all divisions, corporate and regulatory requirements. Performing a variety of clerical duties for technical quality control support staff like collecting and compiling data from various samples, taking care of correspondence and preparing periodic reports may also fall under the purview of a quality control clerk job.
The minimum qualification required for a quality control clerk is a high school diploma.
Applicant should also possess good communication, mathematical, organizational and computer skills.
