Job Description

- Reception: answering phones and greeting clients in a courteous, efficient and professional manner.
- Assisting in preparation of cheques and daily bank deposits
- Tracking inventory of and ordering office supplies and stationary
- Assist in preparing outgoing courier bag
- Coordinate client room/boardroom reservations/presentations
- Assist with opening mail and distribute as per Internal Controls
- Assist with the distribution of incoming courier bag and reports, faxes and transit mail
- Support branch management in administrative functions 


- Must have the ability to prioritize daily tasks, multi-task, deal with various personalities (internal and external) and be able to shift priorities and deliver results. 

- Responsible for participating in and adding to a positive working environment that relies on team work and a mature attitude 

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications 

- Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of job duties 

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role 

- Easy-going personality 

- Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills 

- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and French 

- Professional / team player attitude 
The following experience/skill will be considered an asset: 

- Completion of the CSC and CPH is preferred but not mandatory 

- Proficiency in BTS and Messagenet cage functions preferred 

- Verifying and inputting incoming cheques 

- Verifying outgoing cheques 

- General reception duties 

- Serving customers/responding to requests made in person
