Job Description

  • greeting and record keeping of visitors/clients
  • prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
  • type and distribute minutes of meetings
  • set up and maintain filing systems; maintain office systems, schedules and calendars
  • arrange and confirm appointments; handle incoming mail and other materials
  • collate information
  • communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
  • liaise with internal and external contacts to set up necessary meetings as required
  • coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
  • operate office equipment, and keep office environment tidy


  • 1 to 3 years working experience
  • I.T skills and knowledge of office equipment
  • MUST have practical knowledge of MS Office tools like EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Clear understanding of Client Relationship Management and Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication skills and patient with people
  • MUST be able to pay attention to detail; possess problem solving skills; and be able to work under pressure *
