The role requires you to support the Experienced Hire Recruitment team by providing recruitment administration and scheduling support within the Experienced Hire (pre-offer) Team to deliver excellent service in line with the firm’s recruitment requirements and ensure service level agreements are met in line with HR Shared Service Centre (HRSSC) standards.
Produce reports to provide detail of interview scheduling activity to Recruitment.
Coordinate face to face, telephone, video conference and assessment day interviews by liaising with candidates, agencies, Recruitment and the business..
Take calls on the Recruitment Advisory Line and deal with queries appropriately.
Deliver excellent service in line with the firm’s recruitment requirements and ensure service level agreements are met in line with HR Shared Service Centre (HRSSC) standards.
Anticipate and respond to queries from candidates and the HR Advisory team and conduct further analysis if appropriate.
Maintain an up to date knowledge of current EY HR policy and process developments and ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act.
Flexibly support other team members according to work volumes e.g. answering candidate queries, supporting both the interview scheduling and onboarding processes and other HRSSC teams where necessary.
Identify process issues, improvements and challenges to the Recruitment Manager/Coach to ensure continuous improvement within HRSSC.
Commit to own personal development and ensure capability and skills are always up to date.
Contribute to wider HR projects and initiatives.
Administration experience, ideally within a service delivery team environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong client service skills and telephone manner.
Ability to work on a number of different tasks to agreed timescales.
Ability to manage high volumes.
Qualified to GCSE level or equivalent.
