As Recruitment Advisor your responsibilities will include:
· Supporting management on getting new requisitions signed off and putting the necessary planning in place before the recruitment
· Develop best practise recruitment tools
· Directly source candidates at all levels as well as managing agency referrals.
The Recruitment Advisor will:
· Be degree qualified or equivalent
· CIPD or equivalent in HR
· Be FLUENT IN PORTUGUESE.
· It is essential to have experience in an international setting
· Oil and Gas experience is not essential but may prove advantageous
