Providing support in the selection and recruitment of Asian / Indian schools' Teachers and educational professionals across the school networks within the UAE, mainly sourcing from the International markets.
- Liaise with the School staff including Principals on recruitment matters.
- Respond and Manage enquiries from job adverts on the GEMS Website, GEMS Careers Inbox and local & Indian web recruiting sites.
- Place adverts on local and Indian web recruiting sites and source candidates for vacant positions.
- Source, screen and categorize teacher CV’s and assist with interview confirmations.
- Assist sourcing venues for interviews and manage travel arrangements and provide administrative support to the Recruitment team during bulk recruitment.
- You should hold a recognised qualification and have considerable experience in recruitment and selection and administrative duties. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
- You must be have a valid UAE residence visa.
