•Completes daily objectives which involve studying job requirements, sourcing, evaluating and qualifying suitable candidates.
•Arranges meetings and interviews between candidates and prospective employers by using several online tools.
•Updating client database/management systems
•Presents and discusses job details, while assessing the responses of the candidates, comparing qualifications to the job requirement, and verifying all information presented.
•Updates all persons concerned regarding the outcome of each call by summarizing all data collected, populating databases, and conducting meetings
Qualification: With at least 2 years of college level
Specialization: Skilled call center agent, recruitment
background, IT related course is a plus
•Well versed in using computers and in navigating/accessing online database programs.
•Has excellent phone skills and understanding of call flow.
•Must have excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
•Knowledge of key recruiting craft skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection,
pre-screening, rate negotiation, selling and negotiating techniques preferred
•Must possess great attention to detail and willingness to document within the database
•Able to work in varying shifts (around US business hours)
•Can work well under a dynamic environment in terms of procedures and requirements
•Performs under pressure
•Must have the ability to work independently and self driven
