Job Description

Our client is a Multinational and a market leader within the FMCG space across categories



Reporting to the Marketing Director this role will be responsible for the professional side of the business across the GCC

  • Developing and deploying the regional marketing strategies aligning between the strategic business unit in HQ and countries in the region
  • Developing and re-visiting strategic positioning of brands, portfolio optimization and reducing complexity, leading researches and leading agencies
  • Keep brand up to date while reducing complexity within the portfolio
  • Translating the global and regional strategic direction into a set of concrete strategies and marketing plans for the region and the core brands
  • Developing/leading regional activities and keeping the track of the results
  • Alignment regional activities
  • Ensuring communication and coordination with international marketing team, regional countries, regional departments


A bachelor's degree preferably with an MBA in Marketing and about 3-4 years of Brand Management experience in the Middle East with a strong understanding of the local markets. We are mainly looking for candidates with previous experience in Hair care/Hair products and experience within the Professional industry (i.e.: Hair salons).
