Job Description

 
The primary role of a BDD is to drive a portfolio of Priority Accounts, and deliver the overall revenue target, for that portfolio. This will involve a personal commitment of time to individual accounts (taking as one of their scorecard objectives an account specific revenue target). For these PATs they will, in conjunction with Client Service Partners (CSPs), have responsibility and ownership of the Account Planning, Account Acceleration and ASQ programs for their accounts all of which require direct client involvement and the development of relevant client solutions, based on knowledge of the client's agenda and incorporating multiple service lines wherever possible. 
Accountabilities: 
· Develop new / underdeveloped Target Accounts. 
· Develop and implement account strategies that take into consideration all service lines. 
· Identify, qualify, pursue and negotiate / resolve concerns to close sales. 
· Lead the pursuit process of major opportunities working closely with key partners. 
· Share results of Assessment of Service Quality (ASQ) performed and drive the implementation of the associated action plan with the client. 
· Take the lead on initiating and developing new relationships at target clients. 

Measurement: 
Financial 
· Delivery of the PAT and Replenishment targets for their portfolio of accounts 
· Personal and confirmed sales, revenue generation achievement 
· Revenue Programme results 
· Achieve targeted % win rate 
Manage cost of sale 
Activity 
· Works with the CSP to sales manage major accounts and targets. 
· Work with the Partners to develop and execute their sales strategies. 
· Contribute ideas and insights to the business development community within E&Y. 
· Meetings/contacts and client relationships 
· Will make significant contributions to sales strategy and have well developed financial skills.

Requirements

· Degree qualified and post - graduate qualifications possess a high degree of professionalism. 
· Will have credibility and business insight that can be demonstrated to partners. 
· Excellent relationship builder and able to utilize relationships to uncover and develop opportunities. 
· Will be very perceptive, able to read people and an ability to communicate message effectively. 
· Ability and experience in facilitating sales calls and coaching teams. 
·

· Work with the Partners to develop and execute their sales strategies.
