Job Description

Chevron currently has a job opportunity for a Regional Manager EMEA within Chevron Business and Real Estate Services department, based in London. The Regional Manager will have complexity in managing resources, operations and supporting customers across multiple countries, cultures and languages across Europe, Middle East and Africa. 


Customer Relationship Management
• Point of Contact for all Chevron customers within designated region for Business and Real Estate business development and service standards
• Develops business opportunities in region for all CBRES business lines 
• Implements CBRES business and facilities services in new locations
• Facilitates Regional Service Delivery Council with senior Opco leaders to resolve issues, address risks and ensure consistency of processes

Operations Management
• Provides leadership for regional business and facility services management teams, employees and contractors in CBRES managed owned or leased office buildings and laboratories
• Manages corporate, regional, and country relations in cities/countries where CBRES managed facilities reside
• Review service needs, current and future charges/expenses, and satisfaction levels
• Member of the Operations and Projects Leadership Team 
• Oversees the administration of all 3rd party leases, buildings security, tenant services, operations and maintenance, janitorial, energy management and administrative support 
• Ensures adequate communication to the regions customers/tenants/communities/local governments about CBRES activities that will impact them
• Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations 
• Leads the Service Delivery Council for region

Safety Management
• Champions the Regional Safety Programs
• Leads and maintains secure, safe, efficient, reliable and environmentally sound working environments for CBRES employees, customers and all site operations
• Ensures CBRES OE and HES objectives are met regionally
• Coordinates a regional plan to provide tenant's life safety training, site emergency preparedness and helps facilitate Opco business recovery planning

• Accountable for preparing and executing the regional operating budget, capital expenditure budget, and recoveries for all services
• Analyzes cost and develops prices for services provided, communicating pricing structure to regional customers
• Liaises with Corporate Tax and Legal to ensure compliance in each country CBRES operates in region
• Coordinates regional sourcing strategies to determine opportunities for outsourcing, out tasking, and contract consolidation
• Responsible for the planning of timely and cost effective execution of regional projects
• Acts as Decision Executive for all major capital and expense projects in region
• Monitors regional space utilization and effectiveness: conference rooms, shared space, open floor plan improvements, etc. 
• Develops innovative practices to improve the efficiency of business execution
• Promotes the use and development of standard processes and tools to increase consistency, efficiency of execution, and reduce costs
• Coordinates all internal Audits of CBRES operations in region
• Provides leadership to direct reports in setting metrics, goals, and employee recognition in region
• Creates and implements training and development targets for all employees in region


Required Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
• 10+ years established experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate or Facilities Engineering
• 5+ years of effective people management experience and working within a diverse team
• Excellent client relationship building skills with an ability to communicate and engage at all levels
• Strategic focus
• Demonstrated financial and budgeting skills
• Strong commitment to the Oil & Gas sector's Operational Excellence culture and knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
• Knowledgeable of regional politics and policies with a strong diversity focus 
• Skilled in the use of IT systems including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Willingness to travel as and when required (at times extensively)
