Job Description

As a Regional Manager, you will l ead and manage the implementation of the Trade Marketing & Distribution strategies in GCC through the trade marketing field force teams in the different key channels in order to meet volume, profit and share objectives. The Regional Manager ensures high quality and productivity in execution through resource management, development and motivation of the field force, thereby improving BAT's competitive position in the respective region 


  • Leads the implementation of regional Trade Marketing & Distribution plans which meet the company objectives in line with the Saudi Arabia and GCC strategy
  • To implement and follow up on an effective and efficient execution by the Trade Marketing & Distribution team of the agreed cycle objectives and communicate evaluation and performance to the TM&D/brand teams.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of the Trade Marketing & Distribution team to achieve the regional TM&D objectives
  • Develop, implement, and manage the most effective trade marketing and distribution structure
  • Execute channel strategies and plans in order to achieve defined BAT’s objectives.
  • Align with the Area Manager/s on the implementation of the agreed action plans
  • Ensure compliance of all trade activities with the IMP & Corporate regulations



    Relevant marketing degree with up to 8 years of FMCG management experience
