Successful candidates will be fully responsible for all the sales activities within the assigned region. This role is responsible for defining the marketing strategy and leading the executive of marketing campaigns throughout the company. The regional Sales Director of marketing is responsible for the work of the marketing activities on time and within budget. This person will also develop strategic and long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
The candidate, in his/her respective region would be responsible for;
Directing the overall sales activity in the region.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, increasing the market share of the company’s products and providing direction and information on the products and related services.
Advising the company on the market strategy, building the brand and achieving the defined goals.
Tracking the business goals across the organization and developing a strategic market plan consistent with the company’s goals.
Analysing the sales records and the trends in relation to our objectives with reference to competitor’s activities.
Developing a business plan for his/her area of responsibility that is consistent with the short range and long range company objectives, forecasting projections on a monthly basis.
Building a strong and successful sales force in his/her region.
