Job Description

-Drive After Sales product revenue (€10-20M per year) through the dealer organization within the 21 MENA countries
- Negotiate spare part sales contracts with end users and OEMs
- Sell after sales products and support local after sales partners 
- Train dealer organization on the features and benefits of company products
- Meet with high profile Key Account customers and Governmental entities and represent in contract negotiations 
- Assist on behalf of customers and dealers processing orders through the local subsidiary
- Process, decide and seek approval (per the signing rights) for dealer discount requests 
- Sales planning and forecasting for products on behalf of the local subsidiary to factory
- Monitor and serve allocated markets on an ongoing basis with the aim of achieving local and regional targets


Who we're looking for
• University degree in Mechanical engineering / Industrial engineering and/or Business Administration with technical understanding or equivalent 
• High capacity to understand and explain technical topics and willingness to learn about company products 
• 10+ years of sales experience with 5+ years of experience in operating in or managing a dealer/distributor network
• Excellent understanding of dealer inventory management and project management skills 
• Self-confident with high level of social and multicultural competence and excellent negotiating skills 
• Strong existing network with current / potential customers
• Knowledge of contract law preferred
• Fluent written and spoken English with local language / German being advantageous
• Forecasting skills
• Willingness to travel (50%+)
