Reporting into the head of sales, you will be responsible for-
Managing business plans to ensure that the revenue and profit targets are achieved.
Developing innovative sales plans to help raise brand awareness and hence drive sales.
Understanding the dealer/ distribution network and effectively managing the relationships.
Managing certain key accounts and increasing the amount of business per key account.
Building and managing your team.
You will be an MBA, with at least 7-9 years of total work experience .
You should have good experience in sales management in consumer industries.
A person from FMCG or the alcohol industry will be preferred.
You should have the ability to drive teams with a proven track record of success.
You must have good communication skills and should be capable of eventually embracing a multitude of potential roles.
