Job Description

Primary Function:

* He/She will lead new client acquisition and retention through a broad knowledge of investments, banking, trust services and financial planning.
• You will be reporting directly to the Vice President
• Responsible for sale and implementation of investment, banking, trust/estate and insurance products to core clients
• Manage each account to ensure that the client has a completed profile, is introduced to the appropriate product specialists and that accounts are properly maintained and serviced
• Must be able to deliver a distinctive and thoughtful experience that is aimed at providing appropriate advice for the client's situations that secures confidence and business
• Build trust with clients and effectively manage relationships
• Ensure that the proposed products and services maximize the clients' needs, goals and objectives


• Proven sales success including: prospecting, profiling, overcoming objections, negotiation, team selling approach, closing the sale and asking for referrals
• Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts including, but not limited to: structured products, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews basic trust and estate products and identification of wealth planning opportunities
• Coachable professional with good “business sense” and an energetic / dynamic personality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and face-to-face relationship building abilities
• Good computer skills that include working with the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong relationship management and team building skills; views team concept as critical to model
Position Requirements :
• Five plus years’ experience in Wealth Management working with High Net Worth individuals and families or related fields within financial services
• Must have an existing book of clients / solid network with invest-able assets
• Ideally of graduate or MBA caliber with existing private client qualification
