Perform system demo and presentations of Banking products, Implement the services at the customer sites and provide adequate training, Maintain and follow up with the RMs / Customers on related documentation for each service setup, Provide post implementation support of these products. Ensure all customer agreements & all system setup documents are completed, signed, before performing any implementation and Provide high level of customer service and support. Take part in user acceptance testing, before any product/channel rollout or enhancements related to the same.
Manage a portfolio of customers and maintain a strong customer relationship with them so as to provide first class after sales support in their electronic banking systems.
Ensure that all customer queries or problems arising on any of the EB platforms are resolved by the end of the next working day through close contact with technical service and back office resources including on-site troubleshooting.
Track utilization against customer. Continuous follow-up and regular contact with customer to identify manual channels and converting them to electronic platform
Identify prospective Cash & Trade product development opportunities from existing customers, review industry data sources to identify new customers and provide strategic direction to Implementation staff.
Provide sales support to Relationship Managers and Product Sales to secure the business of potential customers by working closely to refine customer solutions
Overview customer service issues and closely interacts with service deliver & Technology teams in order to ensure effective service levels.
Ensure smooth mandate implementation and adherence to high levels of service quality.
Monitors progress of implementations in multiple locations.
Extend full support to the Back-office team to provide technical learning.
Minimum 5-6 years of Commercial Banking experience of which at least 4 years of Product Development & Cash Management Implementation exposure is a must.
Should be a post graduate with a thorough knowledge of cash & trade products, in depth knowledge of corporate banking products.
Should possess good communication, leadership, motivational and influencing skills.
