Reporting to the Reservations Supervisor. Will be responsible for advance booking and reservations, handling guest inquiries, maintaining guest records and creating a favourable public image over the phone. Perform up-selling whenever possible.
At least 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
Familiar with Fidelio/Micros system. Proficient with computers
Highly motivated and passionate about the job and his/her career in the hotel
