The Reservations Manger is responsible for the supervision of all activities pertaining to Reservations Department in order to achieve the highest possible occupancy levels for the purpose of maximizing room revenues and profit.
Physically fit, neat and well-groomed
Proficient in oral and written English, articulate
Has at least 2 years supervisory capacity and/or in a similar capacity in an international class hotel
Effective managerial and leadership skills, goal-oriented, team player, sensitive to guest and employee needs and tactful
With sales and financial knowledge, self-starter and positive role model, and willing to work on extended duty hours
Preferably has knowledge of Integrated Management System (ISO 14001:2004-Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001:2007 - Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 22000:2005 - Food Safety Management System)
