Drives all activities aiming to provide efficient F&B service and a memorable experience for guests through implementing company standards and marketing activities. Provides supervision, and training to all F&B colleagues based on the company culture. Maximizes revenue and monitors expenses in his/her area of responsibility. Maintains good relations with guests and implements improvement /corrective actions based on their feed back. Ensures the highest level of food safety and security to all external and internal guests.
- Diploma/degree in Hotel Management- 2+ years experience in a Restaurant/Bar Manager position within a 4* or 5* hotel or well established stand alone restaurant and trendy bar/cocktail lounge
- UAE experience an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Fluency in English is mandatory
- Excellent bar knowledge and restaurant service
- Exceptional leadership ability
